1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 3 business days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). 

2. Shipping Times (United States & United Kingdom)
Because we ship directly from our global partners to offer you the best possible pricing, our shipping times are:

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs checks, local postal delays, or extreme weather are out of our control but may occasionally add a few extra days to your delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. It may take 2–3 days for the tracking status to update once the carrier scans the package.

4. Flat Rate Shipping Costs
Shipping within the United States of America is a flat rate of $4.99. Shipping to the United Kingdom is a flat rate of $7.99 USD.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
